Asda – Selsey

Brief Description:

We undertook a complete plant move of an Air Handling Unit and all associated Electrical and BMS Components from its existing location being on the ground floor plant area to its relocated position being a 4M high new steel frame plant deck area, re directing all ductwork and heating and cooling pipework. While we were relocating the AHU we also undertook a full electrical installation of a new George Clothing Warehouse and Cold Room below the new plant deck. New external lighting and power around the plant deck and delivery yard was also installed as part of the works.

We undertook the works whilst the Asda was open for business. This made the fit out and programme challenging with numerous factors to consider and where our works could have impacted on the stores normal operations we undertook works out of hours and we achieved the tight programme and delivered of the project on time within the budget.
