San Carlo – Regent Street London

Brief Description:

Oakes UK undertook the refurbishment on Regent Street, to turn the existing Restaurant into the new impressive high-end San Carlo Restaurant. We undertook the full strip out of the existing services and completed the new electrical installation. The programme was only nine weeks, made trickier because the site is in the heart of London. We worked closely with Principal contractor, to secure the deliveries of materials to site, mostly during very early morning starts, enabling us to deliver the tight programme.
